“I bought a pair of ankle boots and they were so very comfortable so I wanted to buy a second pair. Couldn't find my size in any retail outlet so contacted customer service and they were brilliant they tracked down a second pair. Thank you ustomer services, very impressed. Yvonne”

“Very efficient service sadly had to return shoes. It would have been easier to have a return label included with invoice instead of having to download . If my refund is dealt with as efficiently then everything will have been first class.”

“First order I have made from Shoon and I am SO impressed with the service. I have to wear orthotics so need to try shoes and boots on to make sure they fit correctly. I couldn't find what I wanted in local stores so had to order online to get what I wanted. I ordered three pairs of boots so I could compare them. My order arrived earlier than expected, I made my choice, returned the two unwanted pairs free of charge and received my refund within two days. Amazing service will definitely use again.”
