“Sandal were as described but left one was a much looser fit and seemed a bit bigger. But the lady on the phone very helpful when I explained and said she we reserve another pair for me ,on the return of the ones I got”

“Delivered promptly. Well packaged and easy returns policy. Lovely Softino boots, exactly as shown on website. They're rubbing a bit at the heel, but I'm keeping them and hope that they "give"”

“Sizing was an issue. a 6 is 38/39 and quite tight across the foot even though it is a flip flop. I have returned them and asked for a 39/40. I hope they do this size and that it doesn't jump to 40/41, as this will be too big. I have had a good experience with Shoon shoes in the past.”

“The online shop made me very happy, especially finding the £10 off Easter surprise, after a very grumpy salesman in the shop who wasn't very keen in assisting me on finding size 8 shoes. He didn't even point me to the website. Despite that I found my way there and found the exact pair of shoes I was missing in my life.”

“I had to return the Crocs I bought because they were poor quality and not what I expect from Shoon. Since finding you in Cheltenham 5-6 years ago I have bought all my shoes, 2-3 pairs a year, by mail order from you, usually Josef Seibel. I love your emails and the range of shoes you offer and so was disappointed to find these shoes made in China were not of the quality I want.”

“Ordering line was fine. Delivery took a while although free. Unfortunately the sandals are secured by Velcro and the Velcro is not long enough. I think if my feet swell during the summer and I let the shoes out around my ankle there won't be enough to keep them fastened so I will be returning them.”
