“A very easy user friendly website to navigate. My order was placed and confirmed quickly and accurately. Dispatch and delivery were well within the advertised time and my shoes arrived promptly. Considering the saving that I made on my purchase, I was pleasantly surprised that the service provided by Shoon was not compromised in any way.”

“Having trawled the internet I found the boots I wanted £12 cheaper than the next best price. Shoon kept me informed about the progress of my order which was delivered really quickly. Will definitely use this Company again whenever I need footwear - some great bargains to be had. Thank you Shoon!”

“Since my size was available at my nearest shop, I decided to order online. Stress free service! If I could choose other delivery options such as "Click & Collect" or a pick up at Doodle, it will be even better for people like me working full time.”

“Quite happy with product and service, however when purchasing gifts online and it's shipped with branding all over spoils the surprise. Update - You have responded with the following : We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you would prefer us to despatch in plain wrapping we are more than happy to do this for you. Please just email customer service and we will happily do this for you. Kind regards Shoon Customer Service 1) Not a lot of use now is it?, Why not just take the feedback for review and consider if you need to change the way you do things. 2) Why engage with me from a "Do Not Reply" e-mail. 3) Thanks for the information you provided, where is this information at point of order?, could you not provide a tick box for customers to indicate if they would lie it "gift packaging"? (again take it as feedback, I don't need or want a response)”

“Would be good if you were given more detail on the fit of shoes. There should also be a returns label included as not everyone has access to a printer.”

“I was very disappointed because I ordered black boots for a gift, but the wrong colour of boots was sent. The box also looked tatty. I contacted the customer service advisor who was apologetic. She asked me if there was a label stating who had checked the order prior to sending but there was nothing in the parcel apart from the order information. I have returned the boots as they are not what I ordered.”

“My order was processed very quickly despite the holiday period and arrived very promptly. I can't fault the service. Unfortunately I had to return the two pairs of boots purchased as the Shoon fit is very narrow :( Such a shame for such lovely footwear - I was very reluctant to return them as their styling was exceptional.”

“I bought these boots in the brown colour, they are lovely, but would not have been so pleased had I paid the full price. The quality is ok, the fit is narrow though. The sole is really good, with a sound grip ideal for slippery/icy conditions. The footbed has a warm soft lining which is lovely.”
