“Last order - they found the shoes were not in stock after Id placed order - did give me a voucher by way of apology but when I used that they sent shoes 2 sizes smaller than it said on invoice. T he shoes were returned promptly at the beginning of last week - they tell me they are due to deal with returns tomorrow! They seem to be all over the place - BUT used not to be!!”

“I bought a beautiful pair of leather boots at a terrifically reduced price. They are perfect. I always find the Shoon shoe sizes are constant, and their size 7.5 fits me perfectly, no matter which shoe or boot I buy. I can trust them when I buy on line. The delivery is quick and efficient.
