“Although I made my order for a pair of gentleman's slippers on 5th December, I have yet to receive them! I have tried to contact by 'phone but am repeatedly given the message that the mail box is too full to accept further calls. Please chase this up for me as I would like them by Christmas or failing this, an immediate refund to buy slippers elsewhere! Ref: - 14416. it is now 22nd December . PLEASE REPLY IMMEDIATELY!!!"!”

“I ordered slippers on 5 December and we’re informed they were in stock but have still not received them. I have tried calling but there is no more room on the answer machine! And I have had no response to two emails. Very concerned as all shops have shut down. A response would be appreciated”

“I've purchased from Shoon on line and in store several times and service/goods is always excellent. Unfortunately, this time I had to return the shoes as they didn't fit but returns/refund process was as efficient as purchasing!”

“Really love the shoes, I'd been looking for something similar for a long time. I spotted them in your Bath store but unfortunately they did not have my size so I ordered them on-line (not something I tend to do with shoes) . The website was simple and my order arrived very promptly. The shoes are very comfortable and good value for the money, especially as they are leather lined.”

“Very efficient service sadly had to return shoes. It would have been easier to have a return label included with invoice instead of having to download . If my refund is dealt with as efficiently then everything will have been first class.”

“Great range of brands of quality shoes, ordering process was straightforward and order, on standard delivery, came within a reasonable time and was well packed. I was kept informed of my order's progress. Five stars if Shoon had given me free delivery as when spending £150, I would expect that. Many other companies give free delivery for spending less. I know returns are free but if you are happy with the product and keep it, that is not a bonus.”

“First order I have made from Shoon and I am SO impressed with the service. I have to wear orthotics so need to try shoes and boots on to make sure they fit correctly. I couldn't find what I wanted in local stores so had to order online to get what I wanted. I ordered three pairs of boots so I could compare them. My order arrived earlier than expected, I made my choice, returned the two unwanted pairs free of charge and received my refund within two days. Amazing service will definitely use again.”
