“I bought these on the internet and didn't notice that the interior was synthetic lined (I wouldn't have bought them if I had noticed). I decided to keep them as I was desperate for some shoes and wore them out of the house immediately. The lining at the back of the heel had a lump that I hadn't noticed and ended up with a blister. I returned home and tried to remove it and ended up cutting part of the lining away. The other shoe also has a hard lump in a similar spot, so I will need to cut some of the lining away there too, as it is all part of the lining. I don't expect the shoes to last long since I have damaged the lining whilst trying to remove the lump. Really disappointed as not what I expect from Joseph Siebel shoes or Shoon.”

“Although there was a colour difference in the first pair of shoes I was sent,despite an accompanying note saying that they had been checked.The Customer services were very helpful and I was sent a replacement pair which I am very happy with. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Shoon in the future.”

“Shoes are great. Paid extra for quick delivery which worked. Only ordered on line though because sadly my nearest shop suddenly closed, I would much rather have brought them in a shop and not had to pay the £5.0 delivery charge.”
