“I ordered some sandals on the 'phone and found the person I spoke to was very helpful. I also 'phoned again to request a return label as I wanted to order another pair half a size larger. This was sent very quickly as were the second pair of sandals.”

“So pleased with these sandals! Was looking, fruitlessly, for Birkenstock Gizeh sandals, when an assistant in the St Albans branch said that these were arriving soon. Lovely choice of colours, well made and as comfortable as my trusted Birkenstocks.”

“The website was very easy to navigate and the payment process easy to complete. The choice of footwear was excellent and whilst I was delighted with my purchases I have had to return them as none of the items purchased fitted me- I have a high instep and even with a small piece of elastic to assist with fitting, I could not wear them. I am disappointed as all 3 pairs purchased were really lovely but I`m sure I`ll be able to find alternatives amongst the great selection you have.”
