“Never received my items!!!!! The USPS tracking says it was delivered at 2:07 PM. My cameras show that he didn’t stop at my mailbox till 2:55pm. No packages were put into my mailbox. Please resend Immediately or refund my money.”

“Love the product, but their inventory is very lacking . The cool styles are either discontinued or out of stock (ie. Ballsy trunks, multi color trunk packs) so when there is a need for new we’re relegated to boring blue, grey, black and red. They are comfortable and look good, boring”

“Fit well. Feel good. Most importantly they have enough space in pouch so your junk doesn’t get pushed back between your legs! They BREATHE GREAT, good airflow, so I use them for hiking underneath my lightweight wool hiking shorts and pants. Also great in winter because they breathe and keep you dry.”

“I've been trying to return 3 pair of underwear that were wrong size. Either I made the mistake, or you did, but I just wanted to exchange for correct size. Now I want a full refund and cancel my subscription. Horrible customer service”

“Awesome company and a really great product. The only reason I’m giving this four stars is because the sizing tags should not be on there. The sizing and care information should be printed on the garment. The TBO brand tag on the front is fine. I am strictly referring to the size and care information tag which is inside of the garment. Otherwise I’m a customer for life.”
