“This is the third time ordering the trunk style. They definitely are the most comfortable underwear trunks that I own. I love the waistline because they aren’t too tight and are just so comfortable to wear.”

“I love the fit of their briefs. Unfortunately, their customer service is unresponsive to the point of nonexistent. They charged my PayPal account 4 times for an order that was never processed through their site due to a bizarre "pricing error" and won't respond or refund the $200+ they basically stole from me.”

“I like your product but ordering is a nightmare. Text sent out and emails tout all these discounts but when you go to order, either the discount code does not work or you can not proceed with order at times. My first order did not go through with the discount you provided and I had to email you for help and correction. My second order had a discount that went through but instead of you billing PayPal for the amount you acknowledged, you billed PayPal for almost $30 more than you acknowledged. I sent a email to you for clarification and never got an answer. So your customer service is lacking to say the least. Therefore, I have given up on ordering from you in the future. So sorry, because again, I do like your product but I will not continue to do business with you.”

“I’ve bought these before. I’ve always found them comfortable to the point they feel non-existent under certain pants. Support well, and, I’m always leery of alternative ingredients. These are pretty durable. They won’t melt in the third wash. 😜”
