“I recently ordered two separate pair of underwear, one blue and one pink both extra large. The pink one came in extra large. The blue one was extra small. So 25+ Dollar shot out the window”

“I ordered the brief 3-pack. Because so many reviews commented that the sizing was tight I ordered the next size up. The pouch is definetly too small. I am not huge but I was smashed. There are many large pouch alternatives out there.”

“I purchased these to give extra support and enhancement, but when I put them on they feel way too loose, almost like regular boxers. Going to wash and dry them with regular laundry to see if they tighten up.”

“Great product. 100% positive experiences until last order. Took 39 days to arrive due to “high warehouse demand”. However the email and text solicitations never diminished. Too busy soliciting more orders to fill the ones they already had. Pathetic.”

“The short is missing a fly in front to use to pee. And the waistband is rather tight fitting making it awkward to pull down. The advertisement mentions none of this.”

“Have not even received my order yet and it's been several weeks. No confirmation of my order has been sent either. Always leery of ordering anything that is advertised on Facebook! Have been stung several times. I will however check my credit card to see if I have been charged and dispute it if I don't receive the merchandise soon.”

“not happy!! I ordered in mid-December, but the package still had not arrived by late January. wrote letters with no response. by late January Rosr from Tbo finely reached out, and gave me a story that they had problems in November. they took my money when I ordered, and the least they could have done was tell me there was going to be a problem. crickets. Rose was more than happy to replace the order, but I could not have the lava red as it was discontinued. order was shipped. Then by an act of god, the day I received my order, I could once again buy the lava red. WTF still showing that I got the red, even on this email. on top of that, in the single pair, I got the color was right but the size was wrong.”

“Had some pretty bad customer service for a while . Seems like they are Working on it now . They sent a free pair for my trouble but changed their sizing so my free pair doest fit . The ones that do fit are great”

“They are very soft and comfortable, but the black boxer brief trunks I got are pretty much completely see-through when I put them on. Not ideal.”

“The boxer briefs ride up on the legs, very little elastic to keep them in place. Also, when I had an issue with a delayed shipping, I wrote the customer service two emails which were never replied to. There’s much better products out there for the money and the company clearly doesn’t value customer service.”
