“TBO used to be a great company. I received what I ordered. Not anymore!!! I placed an order, received an acknowledgement, payment cleared and still have not receive all my order and get no reply to my request for an explanation. Buyer Beware !!!”

“I was happy when they came in the other day. I ordered them before and liked them so I bought some more. Somehow or another and I’m not sure how I ordered mediums and it looks like somehow know that they got switched to extra small could be my mistake not sure but I got pack of mediums and the rest were extra small. I ordered 3 three packs so it was a little disappointed, but the mediums fit perfect fortunately, the extra smalls fit my husband so I re-ordered mediums. It was a little annoying, but like I said, it could’ve been my fault.”

“Product is soft and comfortable. Bad new is my last order took over a month (37 days) for me to receive. Even after I was notified it had shipped it took another week since TBo uses snail mail. TBo charged me $7.50 for shipping and another $2.50 for mandatory shipping insurance. Not sure if I want to have to go through that again for underwear.”

“Love the product, but their inventory is very lacking . The cool styles are either discontinued or out of stock (ie. Ballsy trunks, multi color trunk packs) so when there is a need for new we’re relegated to boring blue, grey, black and red. They are comfortable and look good, boring”

“I would give a 5-Star for the products themselves but a Return, in my experience, is very difficult. I've been trying to return/swap an XS to an L. They emailed me back but without instructions or guidance as to how to do a return. So I am not sure if I can order from them again.”

“The material is comfortable and the pouch is great. However, the back was not comfortable as it rides up and needs adjusted often. I plan to try trunks to see if they are a more comfortable fit.”
