“The on-line ordering and browsing experience was easy. I had to read all details fully, but got the gist of the discounts etc. I did mess up the account address details - I needed the delivery address to be my home address as I check the goods and obtain the invoice/s for NDIS...but it worked in reverse. I entered the addresses as I normally would, but they both defaulted to my son's address...no, I'm pretty sure I ticked correctly. It was a little confusing in the end. However, it is rectifiable, but will leave as/is or this order.”
