“Product is good but delivery is always absolutely hopeless. Product never arrives when promised and when its continence products for your elderly parent, its not something they can really just wait a bit longer for. I wont buy from this company anymore and will now purchase elsewhere for more reliable delivery.”

Our warehouse team works hard to pack and dispatch orders promptly, and your order was dispatched the next day after it was placed. Once parcels leave our warehouse they are handled by our delivery partners, however our customer service team always does their best to assist if any delivery concerns arise.
When we became aware of the delay, our team contacted the courier and stayed in touch with you to help track the parcel. We also refunded the delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill, as your experience with us is very important.
