Your Conni Anti-Slip Shower Mat was dispatched from our warehouse the very next business day after your order was placed. Unfortunately, the courier tracking indicates that your parcel may have been delayed or experienced an issue during transit.
Rather than keep you waiting while this is investigated, we've already arranged a replacement order to ensure you receive your Shower Mat as soon as possible.
We always encourage our customers to reach out to us directly if they have any concerns about their order. Our friendly Customer Service team is here to help, and contacting us gives us the opportunity to investigate and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
