“I found the website order system average. I tried 3 times to order what I wanted. One time I got to the payment section & the order had been doubled. When I eventually got the order through I ended up with standard delivery whereas I had clicked on the middle option 4-7 days I think it said. I specifically wanted it delivered prior to me leaving my elderly parents house so I could fit them. I hope this is referred to your tech guys.”
