So many of our customers have found our Anti-Slip Floor Mats to be such a valuable addition to their homes. We are sad to hear that you’ve had a different experience.
After searching extensively, unfortunately, we cannot find any correspondence from you in our system.
As stated on our website, all of our floor mats need to be placed on a clean, dry and smooth floor to ensure they stay in place.
We are determined to seek the cause of why the mat would be slipping. A dedicated customer service member will be in touch with a few questions and we hope to resolve this quickly for you.

We recently added rubberised dots to our Chair Pads to help prevent the pad from slipping. You may like to consider our Allrounder Pad or Bed Pads as an alternative as these do not feature the rubberised dots.
