“As a first time visitor to online site...I placed an order to try the product only to have trouble with the site when it came to filling in my address...I wanted to put NSW but it kept giving me only 2 options....so I went ahead with it then after second thoughts I should tell you in case my order was redirected to another state ...only to be advised by the online chat item that I should go through a rigmarole...feeling annoyed I replied this was my first order and it would be my last if I didnt receive it. Within minutes a lively lady rang me and I explained to her what had happened...she took my details and immediately confirmed all was good and apologised for any inconvenience.
