“King sized waterproof mattress protector has toggle tighteners, will not sit snugly on the bed, moves around as as my client says, is like sleeping on a tarp. Just awful.
The non slip bath mats (@$77 each!) are impossible to wash, stay soaking wet for days and absolutely stink.
Considering how expensive these products are, I would have expected a lot better.

“The pads work well so long as they are in the right place, but I should not have purchased the dual model. My mother moves into the middle of the bed and the gap between the pads is not waterproof - it wicks the liquid into the lining and the whole bed gets wet. I will purchase the one without a gap in the middle.”

“Thank you very much for your efficient service. The delivery chap was very pleasant. The products arrived very well packed and in excellent condition.
This is the first time I have bought these products on line as I was not able to go out shopping.
The only disappointing aspect was when I read on the recommended washing procedure tag that it was manufactured in China. Since the chemical impregnation mishap , some years’ ago, with baby clothing manufactured in China, but sold in Australia, I have not bought any clothing made in China.
It has taken a great deal of effort and extra expense to purchase Australian manufactured clothing and bedding for all the family but I have persevered and budgeted carefully.
I sincerely hope that the useabilty of your products will vindicate their manufacture in China … time will tell.”
