Hello there I’ve been getting the king single micro plush protectors wish in your description says slightly absorbent completely water proof wich is confusing my son leaked right through it during the night how much should it hold

Good morning Corinna, Thank you for your message. Our Micro-Plush range is predominantly a waterproof mattress protector with light absorbency. If you are requiring full bladder void protection, we'd suggest using the Micro-Plush in conjunction with a Conni Bed Pad. The Bed Pad will hold 2,500mls over an eight-hour period, is entirely waterproof and slept directly on. They feature four layers of waterproof and absorbent material that is built into the underwear. This protection extends from the front waistband, through the gusset to the back waistband. Thank you Raymond for reaching out. The care instructions for the Conni Bed Pads are a follows: Machine washable and tumble dryer safe, Conni products can be used countless times! For best results, wash with WARM or COOL water and a good quality laundry detergent. Conni Absorbent products dry quickly on the clothesline or in the tumble dryer on LOW heat. Too much heat can damage the waterproof layer. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not use bleach.

When washing any products from the Conni bedding, chair and underwear range, we recommend using a good quality washing detergent such as Napisan. Please avoid using Fabric Softener as this will coat the fibres and prevent the Chair Pad from absorbing any liquid. Excessive Heat and Bleach are Conni products’ worst enemies! They will completely compromise the integrity of the waterproofing material. Our Anti Slip Floor Mats are to be washed by hand and left flat to dry to prevent any rippling or overstretching of the rubber backing.
