Overall very good. My experience was 4.5/5. I love the quality and look of my bow ties (silk satin), socks and pocket square. Unprecedented selection of silk fabrics for the black tie accessories. I had trouble twice completing the purchase because of website problems and then a small mix up trying to combine two orders into one shipment. But Anne, the customer service rep, was caring and just outstanding. She got it all sorted out and my items arrived very quickly (to Vancouver Canada so a even got through customs quickly). A heads up, the chat line seams to be monitored between roughly 9:00 am till noon PST. You will get a reply the next morning if you message later. I would have purchased more but unfortunately there are many items out of stock. I really need the matching cummerbund for April and am nervous that they will not be in stock in time? They would not give me an approximate ETA. I did try to ask a styling question, it would have taken two minutes for someone to write me but never did hear back. I watched several of the videos and read quite a few of the descriptions, it was very helpful. So excellent quality and price; outstanding customer service and delivery time; website can be a hassle when purchasing; and lastly I hope the inventory was just down because of the Christmas rush and that they re-stock soon - this was my first experience so unsure how the inventory usually is?

The best part of this experience was your customer service person, Anne. The best customer service, very professional and kind. Allowed me to try on a couple of pairs of gloves to pick the correct size for my hands and return the unneeded. I enjoyed speaking to her and her assistance.
