As a Company, we were disappointed to see that you felt your experience with us was a negative one, so I have taken some time to look into your order this morning. I can see that your order was placed on the 18th and then delivered on the 19th so I'm wondering if you have us confused with another company?

“Tool talk is a great place to tell others your honest opinion good or bad about all tools and equipment you may use in your job it’s also a great place to find out what other people think about tools and equipment you may be thinking of buying. “Tool Talk don’t just talk the talk, they walked the walk. Bought a new Worcester combi, saved so much I’ve bought myself a new Crombie. Their prices are low, that’s a fact and the delivery fast and arrived in tact. Tool Talk are first class & so reliable a great company to buy from.... that’s undeniable.”

“Tool talk have been brilliant for me. A good community run by brilliant people. First off it is a tool review company that links people whom love tools. And what tradesman doesn’t. But they are beyond that with the team, the social side they are interactive and responsive, plenty of chances to win things and interact with other members. Through the last year they have been good to have as a distraction of an evening and the holiday run up was very enjoyable. The store is well priced and they have a huge selection of tools available.”
