I love the products and was impressed by how my first order was nicely packaged whilst inside the box, the items where unable to move around and arrived nice and secure. However, my second order was not so secure. Three items in the box where able to move about in the box, one was placed in upside down, and the box it arrived in a very battered state. Thankfully the contents where intact by some miracle. Not feeling so confident about future orders... :-(”

When I contacted Aniforte they immediately sent my item again without charge and it arrived safely a few days later. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is I can't yet comment on the product - rose hip powder for my dog. It'll be a while before I can judge whether it has helped his arthritis, but definitely a 5 star service.”
