I would like to see a "no star" option on Review.io, for this comptemptable scam company. As a previous reporter wisely said, contact your bank and request a "charge back" from them. You order your goods, get an email saying it's going to be late by 15/20 days, but nothing ever comes.
You can only get in touch through their Mickey mouse contact form, which they respond with absolute sh#te, asking for info they've already got, before they eventually cease to contact you.
They change their name and start up under a different guise everytime they are found out. On their terms website they even copied it from Sainsbury's, but are so thick that they left Sainsbury's name in it!!
No good reviews anywhere, and on Google maps the address listed at companies house shows just a normal house on a street not a warehouse or anything. Avoid these like the plague, pay extra from proper well known retailers, and you know you'll receive your goods.
Also, report them to Action fraud. They are currently investigating them due to the very high number of complaints they've had about them. Also report to the police and hopefully these smelly, garlic eating crooks will be brought to justice!!”
“Look's like i've been scammed like everyone else, same e-mail's saying 5/7 day's delivery, next day sorry will be up to 20 day's because of high demand. sent load's of email's to them all they say is your package has entered europe territory and DPD will contact you with delivery detail's. it's been 4 week's now so iv'e sent an email asking for my money back I don't hold out much luck getting that back, my bank say give it a few more day's then they will look into it, The amount of people would have been ripped off by Shoptora is un real why are they still allowed to trade. I give 1 star only because i could'nt leave none.”

I have purchased a microwave from shoptora and it was supposed to deliver it in 5 to 7 days but after they took the money they sent me a mail and told because of high demand for this item we can deliver your item in 15 to 20 days and as a compensation we offer you extend of six months warranty.
I phoned my natwest bank and reported a scam and fraud and asking them to cancel my pending transaction but they said we are unable to do that now I dont know what else i can do and i'm wonder how they can easily do fraud and police can not do anything.
