“They were able to repair my product, and when they made a mistake with a little convincing I managed to get them to fix the problem however, they need to work on their people skills, a smile or a friendly hello seriously won't kill you. Best of luck!”

“Unlike other local Apple repair shops, Shoreditch Macs did not charge for an evaluation of my Mac Mini's problem. They then fixed it for a third of the Apple Shop quoted price. Great service and excellent product knowledge.”

“Awesome service. I tried calling on a Sat, but obviously close. They then called me back on Sunday because they noticed they had a missed call. I cracked my iPhone screen and the guy went out of his way to collect my phone from me, fix it and deliver it back to me within the 90mins (It helps that I live 5 mins from their office). Restored my faith in customer service in London. Love these guys and would recommend them to anyone! Great job guys!!!!”

“Worst service overpriced didn't repair my phone correctly camera was blurry and would not turn on after being "fixed" by them had to take it back and they were rude about it DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”

Dear Customer, Sorry that you felt we did not give you a good service. We repaired your phone to a very high standard and you contacted us saying that the camera was not working . I offered to to repair it again or even give you a full refund as long as you would bring the phone back into our store so we could see what the fault was. You refused and demanded that we would transfer the amount you paid back to your bank account. Our offer of giving you a refund or repairing your phone again still stands. If you wish to bring your phone back into our store we will have a look for you. And in regards to us being rude, you demanded that we would unlock your phone as it was locked to an iCloud account which we refused as this is illegal. Kind Regards Shoreditch Macs
