“I found Shoreditch Macs via an online search after I had a frustrating experience with the Apple Store in Stratford. I made contact via email and Shoreditch Macs were very responsive, giving me information about how long the repair would take, price, checking they had a replacement battery in stock, and advising me of engineer availability. I was in the neighbourhood on a Wednesday morning and called in person, the guys installed a macbook air battery in less than 10mins. Great service, good price, 3 month warranty on the repair. I recommend them to anyone.”

“I made an appointment this morning, took the Macbook in a couple of hours later and it was fixed within 15 minutes. The person repairing my machine was very friendly and efficient. The cost was very reasonable too.”

“Awesome knowledge, great customer service and great result. My 2010 MacBook Pro was getting very slow and needed an upgrade! They advised, SSD drive taking out my old DVD player and now it is supersonic!!!! Also, done in 1 morning and great price too! Keep up the good work guys. So glad to recommend your company for the many who do not know, just because Apple says my MacBook is legacy there is plenty of life left in my old 2010 machine (Chris Perry (strategyforone@gmail.com)”

“Unlike other local Apple repair shops, Shoreditch Macs did not charge for an evaluation of my Mac Mini's problem. They then fixed it for a third of the Apple Shop quoted price. Great service and excellent product knowledge.”
