“Fender Bender is (dare I say) one of the greatest slashers since the 1980's. It's a slow burn, but "the slow" is effective in that immense tension is built. The fact that around half of the the antagonist's screen time consists of his face being unmasked during moments of cordial dialogue between the main character makes it truly terrifying. The's music score is perfect. Onto customer service. I had a question about an order and got a reply within a few hours. I was not expecting such a fast response. The Blu-ray arrived packed perfectly. Shout, Criterion and Arrow are leading the way in physical product. Thanks!”

“I ordered six movies on the 50 percent off sale because I love Scream Factory and the sale was fantastic so I had to jump on it. I ordered them to give as a gift for a birthday. Ordered them in mid June. Got one and not the rest. Looked up online and saw that other part of orders were being shipped on June 30th. June 30th comes around. Nothing. Contact and email don't hear anything for almost a week. It took over a month for the films to arrive. I didn't get to give them for the birthday even ordering a month before it. I love Scream Factory I really do but after that I will never order from the site again. It took way to long and was kept in the dark too long.”

I didn't get a notification about it, but I just assumed it was out of stock. A few days later I received a package of the missing film. “During the Scream Factiry 5 year anniversary I ordered 3 Bluray movies. At the time of placing the order, none of the items were listed as out of stock or back ordered. I quickly received 1 or 3 movies.
Then things went south. After a week of no news I emailed Scream factory. No response. After another half a week I tried again, got a response but it read that the other two were on backorder. What? Not OK. That should have been mentioned sooner! But because 1 had already shipped I could not cancel the rest too!
So I waited another TWO WEEKS before emailing again (no upgrades from SF either BTW) and got a response that directed me to a FAQ page explaining the delay and claiming the rest would be sent that very week.
Another week later I emailed AGAIN to request to cancel my order and I finally get an email back saying the items had shipped....
So no communication and over a month before items shipped. This is not a "mom & pop" shop. This is not an indie store. It's a large retailer and this is redicilous.
Next time I want a shout/Scream factory release? I'll buy it on AMAZON!”
