“I was very pleased with my recent purchase, the plates came very neat and quickly. However I did request an invoice to be sent with the plates, this did not happen, I have emailed and requested one and that has not happened either. Product good and quick. Clerical assistance Poor!”

“Cannot fault the product but I ordered it on Thursday afternoon expecting it to be delivered on Monday for a job I had on. It didn’t arrive till Tuesday pm. What happened to “next working day”? I know I was too late for Friday but Tuesday was a disappointment.”

“I ordered plates on the 9th May for my boyfriends birthday on the 11th. Paid £5.95 next day delivery . Expected them on the Saturday . Didn’t turn up til Tuesday 14th. Disappointed. The tracking system isn’t great either especially over the weekend. Plates arrived tho and I am pleased . But the next day delivery is a bit of a con .”

“Friendly service which gave me the confidence in the member of staff to arrange the whole process. Had the plate on my bike within three working days and V5C back in seven days. All in all excellent service , will use again and have recommended to my friends who are looking at purchasing a private plate.”
