“The plate was exactly as I designed it, however I was told on the website it would be dispatched the same day and received the next day, however it arrived 5 days later, not an issue but was expected sooner. Happy with the item though 🙂”

“No Customer Service! Ordered on a Saturday, checked progress on Tuesday using link to Royal Mail via their website. Royal Mail stated "sender preparing item" so contacted them via e-mail as they state "Same Day Dispatch"; so I expected the item to have been posted on Monday! NO REPLY to this date, completely ignored my e-mail! Item arrived a few days later - but that still doesn't excuse their lack of contact to my query!”
