“I ordered 1 front and 3 rear plates (additional for trailer and bike rack) but received 2 front and 2 rear. A short email to Show Plates Direct and the issue was resolved straight away and I received my 3rd rear plate the next day. Great customer service.”

“Sales staff are rude, not professional or helpful. They put a phone number that redirects you to email so pointless but lead you into a false security of being able to speak on the phone. Service was not satisfactory and when I asked for a refund they "dont do refunds" I think they maybe need to check consumer rights before they carry on trading”

“I placed and order for new plates with a slogan. The delivered plates were not in the carbon font which I ordered and there was a spelling mistake in the slogan. I emailed show plated direct immediately to check on my order instructions but I have never received any reply.”

“Plates are great, Showplates were let down by Royal Mail misdirecting them so took twice as long to arrive but Showplates refunded me the postage immediately. So great service and communication thank you.”
