Other reviewers have commented on the small size as well. I would not be able wear it over any outerwear as I had hoped. It seems to be a cheap and easy design fix to add a longer strap in the production . I returned the item.”

The windbreaker jacket I rode over to rainy San Francisco and thru sunny peninsula not a drop on the skin. The provided drawstring bag was a nice surprise.
And the rain jacket I bought, was exceptional too it runs tru to size so recommend on to getting a size larger for rain jackets to accommodate fleece/base + mid-layers under it. With this setup I now have the convenience of a hardshell for my Himalayan /Alpine hikes.”
