You have to pay to return, It is an arcade web return system, no one gets back to me. I will never buy from this company again even though they have good products For instance, trying to return something I’ve hit a submit button at least four times and it goes nowhere so I’m super mad right now. It was not a good thing to send me a review.”
“I first ordered a large, but that was too big so I returned and exchanged it for a medium. The medium’s sleeves are a bit too short. I still have the first jacket that I ever bought and the sleeves on a medium were perfect. I guess I will need to find a different company to buy bicycle rain gear from.”

“I have several items from Showers Pass. All are of the highest quality and well designed for outdoor enthusiasts and bicyclists, in particular. My latest purchases are waterproof socks and waterproof gloves (high vis). I purchased these to 'break' myself from excuses of not riding outside during cool, inclement weather. I used the Showers Pass sizing guide and both fit, but both are snug, which suits me. If you are near the bordeline in sizes, go to the next size up. By my own oversight, I ordered small size gloves instead of medium. It was easy to return them and SP replaced them with mediums within about 10 days with no arguments (It takes a while for mail to get there and back, so 10 days seems fine). We're still enjoying fine weather in the upper midwest, so I have not put these new items to test yet, but I am confident they will meet my needs!”
