Had to give it 1 as 0 was not an option! Schpok wallet is a disgrace. You have to pay postage up front! You then have to wait for the buyer to "agree" the transaction, even if you have tracking info, then Schpok "HOLDS" YOUR money for 6 to 7 days! If the buyer doesn't like ANYTHING ie Schpok will not pay out, even for postage. Appalling. You CANNOT remove schpok wallet from your profile! If the Seller offers delivery, it is NOT an option to remove it - ie couldn't collect it is just NOT user friendly

This app is actually not worth one star at all. I joined in good faith and bought one item which was not delivered at all. No message, no nothing from the seller. I then got a message from the App admin saying I would get my money back in five days. With that confidence I bought another item. That was ten days ago. Again there was no attempt to deliver and this time, there is no attempt to refund the money either. If you see this review, please do not use this app as you will lose your money and your time.

So far so good for me, the app is a bit awkward and I was disappointed to discover I still need to wait 5 working days to get my money, but other than that it’s been quite good for me

Never using this site again. I sold a Gucci handbag to put towards a deposit for a house, which I desperately need. I was sad to let it go but needs must. I sold it over a week ago and I’ve still not received any money. Absolutely fuming!!! I’ve also put a matching purse on to sell, which matches the handbag, only to find the deactivated my account saying it was counterfeit. Which is total s***!! If they’d asked for proof, I could have proven it wasn't fake, with a serial number! Not to fussed that they’ve deactivated the account because I definately won’t be using this Mickey Mouse company again. It’s just the cheek of it, scum bags!! And where the f*** is my money???

Shocking !!! I pay monthly to use shpock as a business. They take a customers word for it when the customer says I've not recived my item !! When there item has been delivered and proof of delivery has been sent. They restrict Your account 1st without asking you the business 1st !!! Even when you put proof on shpock for the customer and Shpock to see and email the customer and shpock !!! This app is UNPROFESSIONAL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO SELLER SUPPORT RIP OFF !!!!!!!

I pay as a business to use shpock. Account RESTRICTED because Shpovk take the customers word for it when they say they item wasn't deliverd eventhough proof of delivery has been sent !!!!

Customer support is sketchy, they wait weeks to get back to you in some cases. But where they have got back to me regarding what appears to me to be a bogus report, Shpock's response makes no sense. I am asked to remove items, but no list of items was provided either by email or in the app? Jealous petty trolls and thieves can plaque this site and it is legitimate sellers who are bullied off, not the criminals. No investigation, or evidence needed for people to report items as counterfeit! I think this in itself is illegal, as they are accusing you of something you have not done. It is slander. I am waiting to hear back from Shpock, I think I am being targeted and it feels like Shpock is facilitating this person. The way Shpock get things wrong is astounding. I was recently asked twice in a very unfriendly way to mark an item as sold. Which is an oxymoron as the item had sold and both myself and the buyer had already left feedback! That seems to be as clear as mud to Shpock. Not nice! The language used in app and via email messaging can be threatening in nature and unfriendly. Things like 'Time to sell' and how you should sell your item, how you should lower the price etc. Your terms do not state how quickly we as the seller need to sell an item, or that we must reduce price to sell quicker. They don't feel like tips, these messages are constant and pushy in nature. It is an unfriendly site, one which I feel is very open to bullying. But I will not take kindly to being treated like a criminal by Shpock. If you feel I or others have done something wrong, is it so difficult to explain exactly what, which item/s and why? Your messaging is automated in most examples and can actually be off point. Strangely after my items being reported, Shpock send me the following in brackets: (Should you stumble across forbidden products on Shpock, please flag the product so we can deactivate it and remind the sellers of our policies.) This seems manipulative to me, like they are trying to come across as fair. Was reporting an item of mine which is not counterfeit or branded fair? So I am warned to remove all forbidden items or be banned from site. Nice that isn't it? Yet not one item has been mentioned in that email as forbidden and all items have been listed on Shpock for months! This can be proved doing Google searches for my items which have been listed on Shpock for months without complaint.

Worst app ever. Today I deleted my account because they do not have any policies to protect sellers. I sold an item and ship it to somebody and they open a dispute so that I couldn’t get my money. The buyer did not ship the item back and they got a full refund. Absolutely ridiculous I cancel this app and will no longer needed. I had five stars and 41 people bought for me giving good reviews so I was extremely disappointed to see that they didn’t protect me when I needed them.

It used to be an ok app but in the last couple of weeks all the buyers I've encountered were fake and I wasn't able to sell my items because they were sold to them. Furthermore, if I went through with them I would have been scammed for £900. Facebook Marketplace is much better and I sold both products(Iphone and Nikon Camera) in one day.

Aviod at all cost. Full of scammers I was about to being scammed after i put advert online then immedialy got an offer then the buyer offered to pay me on paypal then he said the courier that is coming to pick up the item but could you pay him £300 to their account then i would paypal you the full amount for the cost of delivery and the item. Then they give their account number and details. Be really carefull. Again full of scammers telling u to email them and they happy to buy the item. But its all fake DO NOT TRANSFER ANY MONEY TO THEM. and take screen shot of your converstations and when they send you their bank account and their name then report them to police.

Good for selling sometimes, but I did get scammed off 180 off shpock via PayPal, never use paypal with Shpock. They took the phone and requested money back via paypal, which they *paypal* never asked me they just done it. Then demanded I returned my paypal account back to normal balance after they basically helped me get scammed, of course I told them to get stuffed. Only do cash transactions on shpock.

If everything goes well its fine. Once you have any problems then don't expect any support from shock team. In fact they will restrict your account without any explanation and you are unable to contact them. Customer service is the worse you can imagine.

This site / app is a nice place to buy on and I been a member since 2017 but if you are a seller on this site / app STAY AWAY as it will be a very long time before you see your money even after you spend extra send it tracked and do everything you still don't get your money. I sell on ebay steady and guess what shpock I get paid as soon as package is delivered in fact ebay don't even hold the money anymore as I have gained a reputation but all I wanted was the package was delivered and signed for by the buyer you should release the money. I did myself a favour and removed all my products from this site / app and once I get my payment I will delete my account too. Look at the reply from shpock saying asking the same question multiple times! Will slow things down! Well shpock guess what I will messaging daily until its done.

Absolute cunts...shpock is a gimmick! Money grabbing sons of biatches that do not have a customer service department. Scary just how useless they are! Avoid this horror show like the plague. I cannot for the life of me understand how they get any airtime whatsoever. Their reviews on all platforms is no more than 2/10 which I think is high given their inability to perform their "duties" as a business. I an astonished how they get away with this incompetence! They need to be shut down.

Sellers are scammers and Shpock does not protect you as they say they will. Scammed into buying badly damaged goods from someone using a pic of perfect goods, and won the case against the seller. But all return costs have to be covered by me. So the seller gets to repeat the process but I am out of pocket. Appalling customer service.

Claim to have buyer protection but do not actually fully protect you. If you get a faulty item from a scammer you will have to return it at your own expense, and the seller gets to sell it again. You remain out of pocket for postage. That is not buyer protection.

There are so many scammers on there pretending to make offers or ask questions saying email them text them or message them on WhatsApp. When I blocked the scammers they restricted my account, they said they would fill up with an email me but they never did And it’s been weeks. Terrible App

My iPad wasn’t delivered due driver not being able to find address. Tracking through says item not delivered. So I applied for a refund I paid buyer protection insurance and delivery. All I get is automated replies asking for feedback No customer service. No refund No iPad This is far more of a failing than Shpock being the penultimate site for scammers, This is a regulator failing ,it’s ok to sell insurance and not pay out , hide behind automation , and it’s a system error when caught out , where’s the Financial conduct authority Oh there as in contactable as Shpock . Hail eBay a different class of scammer altogether, a contactable customer service , snatch an grab PayPal. Its so much nicer to deal with the professionals.

Shpock...a scammer's paradise!! I was only ever contacted by scammers. Scam being they say they haven't received the item, and then get a full refund. Or they say that the item was faulty/damaged. Avoid this site. Totally unprofessional. Totally useless. Total waste of time.

I brought a glasses on Shpock didn’t receive the item or my money back . Shpock have now closed the case. Without any Settlement. Didn’t receive the glasses. That’s not my signature
