“I ordered black slippers. Was sent burgundy ones. Got in touch and told to send them back. They sent a label but I don't have access to print label. Sent message to them to be told to wrap them back up in same package and send back and amend label and return. Went to post office to send back but post office said I could not send them back in that way.”

“The bows are sewn on completely crooked, one is fairly straight, the other one sewn on sideways, the actual slippers are very cheaply made and quite uncomfortable. Also for a size large I would say they come up on the small, more like a medium size. Would not buy again.”

“Ordered online waited over 7 days no email of dispatch. Rang help line only to be told the boots where out of stock in that size. Orders half size up they can 2 days later . No apology or discount”

“We didn't see the label stating try them on, on carpet before my partner tried them on and consequently there were a few 'scuffs' - unfortunately, the sizing was too large and so I wanted to send them back but now cannot and we are stuck with a pair of fabulous shoes that we cannot use...”

“Received wrong shoes and then took over a week to get a reply and returns form. Two and a half weeks on - still no shoes, but they had payment at the point of order. I would have expected, as it was an error on their part, that they would have sent out correct item immediately and enclosed a return label for the incorrect item instead of me having to email a photo of the incorrect item and the wait another week for a reply.”

“Nice slippers, been looking in the shops and didn't find what I wanted but when i came to order I couldn't use the 10% discount code that kept popping up and it wasn't next day delivery, it was more like 5 days.”

“I have returned the shoes. Uncomfortable, not a good fit. Backs too high. Right foot kept slipping out of shoes, despite buying new innersoles to compensate. Difficult to buy shoes on the web, need fitting.”

“Difficult to work out how to send goods back and had to print own return voucher, which was difficult as my printer is broken. Still waiting for my refund. Won't be ordering from you again.”
