“Delivery and return system plus refund were excellent But unfortunately sizing of product was way out size 12 UK should be 47 not 45/46 as with a lot of suppliers”

“Not sure who is responsible but these Birkenstock Florida sandals I bought in a REGULAR fitting (meaning WIDER as confirmed by the open foot logo on the sandal) are at least 7 mm narrower than my two pairs of old Birkenstocks. The sandals appear to be a few mm shorter too and the straps are not long enough to allow wearing socks whereas I have 2 holes to spare with my old ones. Shuperb tells me that Birkenstock has not changed their sizing... what to do?”

“Really like the design of the sandals I purchased. A little dissatisfied that they were advertised on the website as a sale item £5 cheaper than they were when added to the shopping cart apparently because of a technical error.”

“I ordered a pair of Chelsea boots which arrived promptly. Very good quality and pleased with them. BUT! the photo on the web site differs from the actual product. It didn't matter to me in this case but I can see it causing problems with other customers.”

“Very happy with the speed of delivery,but not as happy with the colour as the Skechers that I purchased online are a different colour blue to what I recieved(more of a turquoise)not a light blue as I was expecting.”

“Bought these for my daughter in law as a Christmas stocking filler, the quality is quite good but, as she is a size 8 the large no where near fit so ended up keeping them for myself , I am size 4 and they are only slightly big. Really disappointed.”

“well, I bought a pair of Rieker mule slippers as a Christmas present. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. This was of course my mistake, but what I hadn't realised (didn't read the small print) was that Shuperb does not provide exchanges. This in turn entailed a return of the product at my expense, which I think is rather a cheek. The slippers were not cheap(£52) consequently one would think that Shuperb would have the decency to provide exchanges.”
