“My experience with shuperb was very good, easy to order and arrived quickly, unfortunately the boots I ordered were very small for a size 6 so I had to return them. This process was also very easy and painless so 10/10”

“I'd give 1/2 a star if possible. I am yet to get my item, Royal Mail misplaced the percel and you guys literally enabled them do it. I wish I had given the money to charity. I had to order a new one yesterday because I need the shoe and now hoping they'll deliver it this time. I only came back because I couldn't find the same shoe elsewhere at your price. It's the first time I'm buying here and the experience won't leave me for a very long time to come.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this. We are aware of this and have filed a missing parcel claim with Royal Mail. The parcel has been marked as delivered with a photo and a GPS scan provided on the tracking so we do have to let the carrier formally investigate. Rest assured we will get this resolved and be sure to provide an update as soon as we are able to but we do have to follow the official missing parcel protocols Royal Mail have in place when a parcel has been marked as delivered. “Ordered a size 14 which I know is large, but these shoes are huge!! So much bigger than any others we have received in this size. No time to return as son needed them for school events immediately so is having to wear them with insoles…….and they are still massive 🤦‍♀️”
