“Order was not delivered by Royal Mail. Signature was forged and parcel not received. I emailed customer service 10 days ago, I received a reply after my first email but I have now not heard from them in over a week and they have ignored my last 3 emails. Cost me over £120 and I have no product or refund. Would not recommend”
