“I am really not sure what to write here, as they are lovely slippers that I bought from you. However, I ended up giving them away to a friend, as they were too small! I did try wearing them for a day, as I thought maybe I'd get used to the snug fit, but no. Then a friend who is also a size 6 tried them and found them too small for her! I have given them now to a young friend who is a size 5 and she loves them! You did offer to refund if I returned them, but I'd worn them for a day, and anyway had thrown out the box. So, sorry, I will not be buying shoes or slippers online again!! I've rated 'acceptable' because yes they are nice, just a bad sizing!!”

“Sandals are great. Had a pair for years.ordered a bit late as I was going away. When I ordered them it said delivery Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Never arrived until Friday. I went away on the Thursday. Was very disappointed hence the low score for a good sandal”

“The regular 36 I ordered were not the same size as another pair of the same Birkenstocks I ordered in 36 regular before. Had to return at my own cost”

“Ordering was simple. Returns process was easy to do and very efficient as I needed to return the item due to the wrong size, here is where it fell down. Because the item was purchased during a special offer item but non sale requesting a different size resulted in a refund being precessed and a new order having to be placed. To be fair the refund happened swiftly and was refund actioned immediately. Because the item had increased in price a straight swap wasn't a option. Shame as I was able to find the item with another online supplier for the same original price paid and with a no quibble returns policy. Unfortunately Shuperb lost my order and potential repeat custom due the crazy policy. For the ordering, returns policy and refund 10/10 For the exchange policy for items classified as 'special offer' 0/10”

“The delivery and quality of shoes were great. However, the website was very misleading and could be improved. I wanted to buy synthetic shoes and carefully checked the descriptions. But when the shoes arrived, found that they contain leather.”

“We had to return men's leather slider shoes as were a very small size 10 and what we thought would be soft padded leather was in fact quite hard. These are sort of shoes (slip ons) that you want to be soft and comfortably from day one but sadly these were not. They did arrive promptly and we purchased for return the £1 returns slip. Awaiting my refund now.”

“I purchased these slippers for my mum as she struggles to find comfortable slippers due to having deformed feet through rheumatoid arthritis. The width of the slippers were perfect which is very hard to find in her case due to the deformities of her toes however the memory foam in the sole was not thick enough to cushion the underneath of her foot making walking in them difficult.”

“Good pricing, reduced even further by a flash sale and aided by free delivery, tempted me to buy some suede desert boots I otherwise probably wouldn't have. The boots are fine - my first purchase from Silver Street brand - albeit clearly built down to their humble price. The suede fabric is nice, but the detailing looks cheap and a little shonky. Nevertheless they'll be just fine to bash around in, and the beige suede will distress nicely. Service from Shuperb was great, as always. Fast despatch and free delivery always score points. But it is a bit of a nuisance that the tracking for the shipment wouldn't work, so I wasn't sure when they should have arrived or whether they were 'lost'. I'd certainly order from Shuperb again.”
