“Ordered some school shoes from Shuperb and realised I’d ordered the wrong size. I emailed their customer services straight away (2 mins after ordering) and asked them if they could change the size. They refused and said I had to wait to get the pair I’d ordered and send them back asking for the other size. I have now returned the shoes and managed to find the same pair at MandM direct almost £10 cheaper.”

I completely understand that you did make the request in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to amend the order as it goes too far into the dispatch process before we note your request. We are not always able to adhere to requests as we do try and dispatch orders as fast as possible, in circumstances like this, we always advise you give us a call so we can act on this promptly. On this occasion as the order was already shipped you are welcome to return the pair for an exchange, we will gladly cover the cost of the returns postage. “I returned the item because it was too large in size. The Royal Mail has confirmed the returned was made on the 25th of August, and I have not received a refund, or even a notification from Shuperb yet.”
