I do apologise the pair was not as expected, I have looked into the images on the website and the photos do show the upper insole as being green but the actual sole as being black, sincerely sorry if this was not clear enough. You are more than welcome to return the order for a refund within 30 days of delivery and do let us know if you need any further assistance. “I had been looking at these shoes online at £80, but then I saw them for way cheaper on Shuperb, almost £ 20 cheaper. I love the shoes and the service and delivery from Shuperb were excellent.”

“Very easy to order and having being able to purchase the £1.00 return label is a great addition! Shoes are fantastic quality and price. Do come up a bit big so had to order the smaller size. Easy return.”

“Delivery was fine but I ordered Size 8 Espadrilles and they were miles too small. When I looked at the soles it had 41 which is 71/2 not 8. 42 is an 8 so I had to pay postage for something I hadn’t ordered. They were also extremely narrow and I haven’t got particularly wide feet. All in all NOT happy!!”
