“I bought a pair of boots which were too big. I emailed regarding an exchange for a smaller pair but was told the boots had been on sale so had to get a refund then rebuy at a higher price! Bit mean that!”

“After ordering a georgeous pair of Cuban heals with next day delivery I received the shoes 3 days later. The shoes were beautiful just as advertised but unfortunately too snug a fit. Returning them was easy but then they did not have the next size up which I requested. I chose an alternative pair but was told they couldn’t just replace with this item as this was a reduced price pair of shoes. By this point I had lost my patience and asked for a refund which was done quite promptly. I then tried to order yet another pair of Cuban heals but either my size was not available or my colour of choice was not available. I give up. You obviously don’t want my money.”

“Boots i ordered arrived as stated and on time,but the boots had, and still have a really strong smell of rubber/petrol or toluene,had to put theme outside in my shed!!”

“I ordered the smallest size available (which I always am in shoe). They were nearly two sizes too big. My dad who is a shoe size bigger than me tried them on and they were too big for him too! The shoes look fantastic so I'm gutted they didn't fit. Unfortunately I am sending them back. Sorry.”

“These wellingtons are wellmade,but I was hoping that the zip would make it easier to remove the boot,unfortunately it doesn't make any difference wether it is up or down,also when it is closed the top is loose and slaps against your calf. The other problem is removing the boot,there is no lug on the heel to facilitate using a standard boot remover.”

“The shoes were made in India which wouldn`t be a problem. However their sizes tend to differ from ours. I had to return them.”

“I received a pair of shoes that were not as described and I was charged for return. The shoe size was wrong on tag says 41.5 but they were 40 maybe. I have the same shoes in a different colour and they are different in size bigger. I am not happy with your service and will not purchase again from your company.”
