“I bought a pair of hush puppies and was disappointed at the sdole coming away in the first couple of months worn. Shuperb were excellent and have offered to send replacements.”

“Love the design of these spotty 'Amy' slippers but had to return them as I had ordered size 41, my usual continental size, translated by Shuperb as 8 - turned out they were too big so had to return them and ask for a size 7. The exchange pair have just arrived, fit perfectly, are warm and comfortable, and cheer me up just to look at them. Am impressed by the swift and efficient processing of my return and the nice email from Shuperb reassuring me it was all in hand. Great slippers- thank you!”

“Shoes that arrived were not the shoes I ordered and it took customer service a week to get back to me to say the shoes I ordered don’t exist !! First and last order with the not so Shuperb”

Firstly I would like to sincerely apologise for the technical issue with the listing, upon investigation with the supplier, it appears Gabor has changed the colour of the newer stock to a darker shade, this is currently being corrected. If I may, the shoes do exist and we stock them in three different colours but it is with regret, that we did not have the specific shade you were looking for, we thank you for kindly bringing this to our attention. “Love my patent green ankle wellies but the first day they rubbed against my skin and grazed it and made it abit sore, as the rubber rim is quite firm,but true to size I'd say as I ordered a size 5. Delivery was also quick”
