Lovely boots but im a size 7 and ordered a 7 but very tight fitting and i only have narrow feet wish i had ordered a size 8.

Crocs sandals I ordered came up small (I always order a 7 in all their ranges)so wanted to exchange but was told as was a sale item would need to return and then reorder- at my cost to return!! Must be the fifteenth pair of crocs I have purchased over the years from various outlets, so I know the sizing by now. So although was able to speak to a real person and received prompt refund with confirmation email, was a bit dismayed the return was at my cost.

Shoes arrived in box that was damaged and all taped up. This was obvious that it had been done before packing as the outer bag was not damaged at all. I sent an e mail to Shuperb to tell the, about this and a slight mark on the shoe. After a week with no reply I phoned them to ask what was happening to which they said they had e mailed me. I told them I had not received out to which they said they would try again. After another week I called them again to ask what was happening to which they said they had sent me an e mail. I said again that I was not getting them and gave them my works e mail to try that but still not received anything. They said again they would get back to me ASAP by phone after they had spoken to a manager. After yet another week I contacted them again to see what was going on. At which point they said that the damage to the box was not caused by them and it had happened elsewhere implying it was me. I find this suggestion totally disrespectful and hurtful and asked them to send me a returns slip so that I could return the shoes. To add insult to injury I purchased another pair of these shoes due to the damage to the box and mark and shoe. I did this instead of returning them for an exchange due to the possibility of them going out of stock. When they hadn't arrived after a week I told Shuperb to which they said they were out of stock and would I like another colour. Hang on you have taken my money not informed me they are out of stock and then offered a different colour. Not good service. I find the whole thing very frustrating and annoying and total bad customer care/service. On a side note I understand that these shoes could have slight marks on them as they are handmade and would have gladly accepted them but not after the treatment and service I have had. PS Shuperb easily contacted me via e mail asking for a review! How did this happen!

Shuperb didn’t make me happy - I ordered a pair of tan boots which were described as “Distressed Tan and looked like it. The boots were brown. I queried this only to be told that tan was brown ! Can’t argue with that kind of logic so I bought some Loblan boots which cost more but were both better quality AND the colour I wanted !

The quality and payment options were good. The delivery possibilities were however insufficient in my opinion. My own address didn`t exist according to the address finder. Therefore, I had to use someone else's address. Moreover, we have a system in the Netherlands that allows you to get a package from a parcel point. I have never had to pay for such a service, but was obliged to pay a significant amount at shuperb to get it there.

got my delivery one day later than advertised only to find wrong size was delivered (Maybe my fault) still waiting for correct size

I have only given a 3 at present as I still waiting for u to reply to my last email I sent the boots I purchased back as they were to big u sent an email to say out of stock I sent u a reply saying that they don’t have to be suede leather would be ok any coloure as long as Cuban heels could u possible advise

These shoes overall are not bad for the price however as for the fit they appear to be at least one size bigger than my normal size 7.

I am delighted with my shoes, however the experience was tainted by the 7am phone call at the weekend, which was an automated text message. This early call woke myself and my partner and instantly caused fear and alarm given the early time, and knowing that my elderly mum might be in difficulty. I have taken this up with royal mail who made the call, and typically from this autocratic regime, "it's not our fault", despite the fact they made the offending call. They typically passed the buck to shuperb, despite my not providing a home telephone number, which they"can't explain". All things considered, a most unsatisfactory experience.

I bought a pair of IMAC shoes, and I was surprised to see very tiny imperfection in the top leather of one shoe. It is only visible if held up to your face. I nearly returned them but when I realised that I would have to pay for returning them myself I just kept them. Excellent make of shoe, poor service from shuperb.

Materiel used was as advertised. Slight issue as shoes were marked one at size seven the other a size six, but they do fit.
