“Poor communication. Slow delivery.”

“Delivery seemed a little delayed but, at the second attempt of trying, the sizing was successful. The across sizing chart is confusing if not just wrong! Following their instructions the first pair I ordered was 4 sizes too big. I am a women's 6 and a women's 8 fitted perfectly. The flip flops are very light weight, comfortable and of a wider fitting.”

“Price very good.Quality and packaging okay.Delivery on Standard delivery several days later than pair of boots ordered from Northampton on same day but it did just meet the latest delivery date quoted.”

“They are beautiful looking flopflop sandals in lovely colours but unfortunately the soles were not comfortable enough for me as I have one bad leg and I need more comfort and support.”

“The size listed is confusing as it's not clear whether they are UK or US size. I ordered a UK size 9 but had to return for a smaller size. Waste of money on return postage as customers have to pay for this.”

“Service was quick, however I had to return the sandals which were too long and too wide. It would have been helpful to have a printout of the sizes ( as found in the lid of the box) before placing an order. Having that knowledge and checking the size with you, only patent leather models were available in my desired size.”

“First class service. Great looks Very good quality overall only to be let down my a poor interior finish. A good insole would of made all the difference. The only other observation was the shoe was a bit on the narrow side .Any way i have purchase some quality insoles and have givin them to my nephew and he loves them.”

“Shoes were just what wanted but when they came one of the shoes had a full crease along the front so they had to be returned for refund as there was not another pair in the size needed”

“I think for some shoe brands need make more accurate size measures for their actual shoes. This can help to avoid situations when pair of shoes noticeable smaller/bigger then it should to be.”

“Slippers did not fit my wife they were too tight so have been returned. Refund not yet received but I lose out return postage costs so I will not be buying from this company again.”
