“The best thing about Shuperb is the offer of a £1 return label to go with your order. That makes it easy to return goods if they are the wrong size. Even better, you return via the local post office, which is usually handy. I returned some boots in this way, and then placed an order for a different size. There must be an all-in-one process for replacement, but I missed it.”
