“I ordered two pairs of shoes from you. I returned one pair with the order number, SHUK1532104. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve not received a refund or a reply from any email. I sent it by Royal Mail. This is unacceptable. Customer service is non existent.”

“Was so excited to see that you stocked size 9 in these boots..its so hard to order 9s..unfortunately when they arrived they are not a 9!! Please your sizes aren't true, a 9 is a 43..I have had to return these and obviously choosing a different pair isn't an option as ur 9s will all be too small and are nearer an 8!!”

Dear Susan, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear the pair did not fit as expected, unfortunately, the sizing is what is given by the manufacturer and not set by us. We do find that all brands/styles can vary slightly with their fittings, Cipriata class the UK Size 9 pair as an EU 42 so I am sorry for any confusion caused here.
