“I had never used Shuperb website before but after reading the reviews decided to go for it. So glad I did as I bought Gracie Fitflops for a great price. Delivery was super quick and I was kept up to date with delivery details. Fitflops arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. I will certainly be returning for future purchases. Thank you!”

“Ive never had a problem with shoes. Having said this these shoes arrived promptly and l could not get my foot in them at all. Returned them within an hour of receipt. Still waiting for a refund.”

“Incorrect product arrived. Had to send 3 sets of photos over several days to prove it. No answer as to when I will receive the refund once they receive the returned pair. Won't buy from here again.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear of the issue with your order. We did request images but not by way of proof, it was more because we wanted to look into this with supplier to find out why the design on the pair had been changed slightly.
