“These are great shoes except for one thing ? They are undersized, too narrow and short, l have at least a dozen pairs of size eleven shoes, all fit perfectly, Not yours, agony....”

“Really good quality slippers & at a great price, unfortunately I can't comment on the delivery as it was affected by the postal strike. I was kept informed despite this issue.”

“Lovely wellies - comfortable, warm, good grip in muddy conditions. I had to go up a size and they slip on the heel, but my socks stay put, so it's not really a negative. Also excellent customer service.”

Dear Veda, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. We do deduct £4 from the refund total for the use of our prepaid returns label, assuming that the label wasn't purchased for £1 when the order was originally placed. We specify this in the 'Need a returns label?' section of our returns page. We don't charge for the use of the label if the item's being exchanged. We make the deduction from the refund due to the postage cost to us of the prepaid label. I hope this has served to explain the situation.
