“I've bought several pairs of these shoes over the years. It's not easy finding summer shoes that are smart, cool and comfortable, these are all three (though the black are smarter as the brown ones look a tad plastic-like). Also, they take a short while to wear in.The only snag is the soles don't last very long- they wear down and split after two or three short summers. As they're not expensive, this still makes them worth buying.”

“Bought two pairs of boots. the boots are great but if buying from outside the UK then check with them first the postage cost as had to pay more than the invoice and website cart totalled. All in postage was gbp 26.00 and when i asked to cancel the second pair that i only took as part of a deal this was ignored and the deal wasn't as worth it. Had to call up a few times over 2 weeks until one assistant was finally helpful in sorting it out...thanks to him or i would still be waiting for the boots. Pity as the folks on the phone seemed helpful but never followed up. Point is i will avoid the hassle shopping there in future.”

“Whist the sandals as a whole are not too bad the stitching under the toes in the suede makes your feet sore when walking. This you do not know until you have worn them & then it is too late to return them. I would not think the stitching is necessary.”

“I have small feet. I ordered size 3. I was sent size 3-4 which were much too big. The inaccurate description meant the purchase was a waste of time and money. I was going to be charged £2.99 for the return to add insult to injury. In the end I gave them to a friend.”

“The pair of Wellington boots I bought were very well made except the ankle part was too narrow . I take size 11in shoes so I bought size 12 to be sure that they would easily fit . I could not get my foot past the ankle bend on the boot . I am certain most people will have the same problem . Will be interesting to read other people's reviews .”

“My partner loved these shoes but found them to be very narrow, in the process of trying to stretch them. Very elegant dressy shoes but made I think for a slim foot”

“I ordered hush puppies, lovely looking shoes but weren't that comfortable on. So I had to return them. Price was good though. I am still waiting for my refund”

“My sandals arrived very quickly and were what I ordered. Unfortunately they were too small so I sent them back and asked for the next size up, I sent them first class ( couldn't get the computer to print a free post office label) on 26th May. I have heard nothing since, it is now 5th June.”

“The sandals I ordered, whilst initially apparently in stock were found to be the incorrect size in the box in despatch. A few days later I received another email to say new stock had arrived and a pair was despatched and arrived very promptly. On arrival they were not the colour I ordered - Graceful Antique Lace instead of Graceful Pearl White but my daughter has gone for the simplest option and chosen to keep them.”

“Still haven't receive and don't know where is my parcel, due to the issue from post office. Waiting still waiting their 10 working days investigation to be finished. Can't give a feed back of the shoes.”

“Contacted Customer services about any discounts offered by Shuperb , but as they were busy at the time of ringing and I was told that someone would ring back within 30mins , that was over a week ago and still waitng , so now I might use them again a lot depends on the service I might encounter in the future”
