Dear Janine, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this. We are aware of this and have filed a missing parcel claim with Royal Mail. The parcel has been marked as delivered with a photo and a GPS scan provided on the tracking so we do have to let the carrier formally investigate. Rest assured we will get this resolved and be sure to provide an update as soon as we are able to but we do have to follow the official missing parcel protocols Royal Mail have in place when a parcel has been marked as delivered. “I absolutely love these boots Perfect fit and so comfortable. They came really quickly and we're a great price compared to other sellers. I went in a shoe shop wearing them and the owner was asking where I got my boots!! She owned a shoe shop but wanted mine!”
