“My first time ordering from Shuperb and it will be my last. Product pages described the shoes as upper leather, so I ordered them. But I received shoes made out of man-made and I have returned them. Hopefully, my refund does not take until the end of time to process like other customers have experienced.”

“Excellent service from Shuperb. My order arrived quickly and without any problem. Unfortunately the item was too narrow but returning them was absolutely no problem at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I will certainly use them in the future. To top it all Shuperb prices were amazing, great bargains to be had.”

“Shocking experience. Purchased a pair of school shoes for my young daughter. The coating started peeling after 8 days across the buckle. Customer service refused to do anything about it, saying it was due to scuffing. Shoes were not fit for purpose, customer service did not care. Dreadful experience, purchase elsewhere.”

We have looked into the images provided; it is with regret that the nature of the issue here is due to abrasion and the shoes being scratched/scuffed against a surface, which has caused the material to come away. “After purchasing a my shoe size 8 I wore them one day they must be small made as I had to loosing the laces as they were so tight I have had to purchase a new pair of shoes today £60 wasted”

“Very helpful as I couldn't find the boots I wanted the same as my previous pair so they sent me the link to their other website so I could buy them. Great boots are very comfortable and hard wearing, excellent in slippery conditions which is important to me when gardening in the wet.”
