I did not recieve what was advertised! And after contact no positive answers! decided to keep Item to avoid more negative answers! Dissapointed! Mr Norman WATT.

Hi, I do apologise for this issue. I believe that we have spoken before about this. We had offered to accept the item back at no cost to you, we just needed you to request a return through eBay. Unfortunately we never heard back from you after that, until now. If your item is unworn then you are welcome to return it for a refund, please just open a return through eBay as we discussed. Hi, I'm sorry to hear that the item was uncomfortable. You are welcome to return it to us for a refund providing that it is in its original packaging and is unworn. You just need to make sure that you post it back within 30 days of receipt. You can use the returns label that you purchased to send it back at no extra cost. Best regards, James.

The sandals arrived very promptly which was excellent but having only worn them 3 times I am extremely disappointed that the buckle has already fallen off one of them.

I bought 2 neck scarves (like Buffs) or so I thought. When I unwrapped one I found it was definitely not like a Buff... not a tube, but an uncomfortable joining seam down the length and hemmed at the ends. A large fairly stiff label was bonded on at one end and on the Scarf I unwrapped this was sort of peeling off on one corner. It was also very tight for an adult head and very thin material. I messaged Shuperb with my feelings rather than leave bad feedback, but never received a reply. As they were on clearance price, it’s not worth my sending them back, I’ll probably use them as dusters!

I have to say that for the price you've paid (£4 overall with free postage) I don't think that a premium product could be expected. Great website and delivery as usual but the quality of the product is extremely poor. have worn these twice for evenings at home (2-3 hour use) and third time wearing them ( to work) noticed stitching started to come undone. End of the day they look terrible.

ordered uk 6 sketcher shoes but shoes in box were closer to an uk 8 box the shoes incorrectly labelled and shuperb will not give free return postage very disappointed with customer service

They said shoes ordered had been dispatched, then two days later mailed to say they were out of stock. They did say they had another colour in stock if I was happy to have them, which I agreed to have. Two days later they then mailed to say they were out of stock as well!! The next offer was for something completely different, whch is when I asked for my money back. Not great at all.

Shoes are lovely as they are hush puppies and very pleased I kept them as there would have been a argument about the fact that they lied as there is NOT a £1 return ticket option when you purchase

The flip flops i bought size 9 mens where too small should of got 10 i bought them for is birthday but no too late to send them back.

The object corresponds globally to the description but the leather is not dyed but paints. In the acrylic or vinyl. The paint(painting) in one week begins to crack letting appear the leather to nude in a irreversible way. Very disappointing object. L'objet correspond globalement à la description mais le cuir n'est pas teint mais peint. À l'acrylique ou vinylique. La peinture en une semaine commence à se craqueler laissant apparaitre le cuir à nu de façon irréversible. Objet très décevant.

I purchased some sketchers sandals and first time I wore them diamantes fell off. After wearing them half a dozen times 7 had fallen off, I reported this, sent photos but was only offered 10% refund as apparently diamontes aren’t guaranteed to stay on..........R.E.M. pretty poor customer service guys, you don’t buy a jacket and not expect the buttons to stay on after such a short space of time and having paid nearly £40

Hi Wendy, I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with how we handled this situation. To confirm, we offered 10% back to you initially, when only one diamante had visibly fallen off. When you let us know that more diamantes had come off we asked for an image which showed the problem. Unfortunately we did not receive an image from you which showed the issue. We were happy to continue to investigate, but you let us know that you'd accept the 10% refund. Therefore, we refunded you 10% and considered the matter closed. For some unknown reason my card payment failed and I emailed Shuperb asking for advice on how to resolve the problem but was asked to email them again if I still had a problem!!! I had already explained what the problem was so what is going on?? Not impressed 😡😡

The communication from yourself was poor and when I tried to sort situation out I was told different things which didn't help nearly sent shoes back which was going to cost me to return even tho the shoe size was smaller than advertised for myself according to our hospital who measured them

I didn't realise the shoes were plastic. Not sure if it was somewhere discreetly written but not obvious enough for me to see. They quickly refunded my money but I wasted money having to return it.
